TERMS OF REFERENCE – Revised January 2026.

RIGHTS OF WAY/PARISH PATHS WARDENS

• will walk all public footpaths at least once a year and note any problems.
• aim to organise a public walk at least once a year.
• report any footpath problems or observations to the Rights Of Way Office at North Northants Council.
• The Spokesperson will give a report to Bozeat Parish Council each month, either in person or in writing.
