Minutes Annual Parish Meeting for Bozeat 21st March 2022

THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING FOR BOZEAT WAS HELD ON

MONDAY, 21^st MARCH 2022 AT BOZEAT TLC, DYCHURCH LANE, BOZEAT STARTING AT 7pm.

PRESENT: – Members of Bozeat Parish Council – Brian Skittrall [Chairman]; David Brown; Dan Cooke; Stephen Foward; Brian Gibbins; Will Morris; Michael Pollard and Alison Pritchard;

North Northants Council representatives – Tom Partridge-Underwood

Members of the public – 3 representatives from Smith Jenkins were present at the meeting.

Lyndis Payne, Clerk to Bozeat Parish Council took the minutes.

1       Apologies.

It was resolved to accept apologies for absence received from Jon-Paul Carr [North Northants Council] and the following members of Bozeat Parish Council – Margaret Docker, Roy Duckles and Paul Dudley-Smith.

2       Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting for 2021.

It was noted that the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting for Bozeat held on Monday, 15^th March 2021 had been approved and signed at the meeting of the Parish Council held in April 2021.

3       Matters arising.

No matters arising were noted.

4       Town Well Trust.

1. a) Report from the Trustees – it was resolved to accept a report [Appendix A].
2. b) Trustees – it was noted that Mr Michael Pollard has served two years of his term of office and Mrs Lyndis Payne has served one year of her term of office. The Chairman of Bozeat Parish Council is an ex-officio Trustee.

There being no further business, the meeting was declared closed.
