Approved minutes – Annual Parish Meeting for Bozeat 2025

THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING FOR BOZEAT WAS HELD AT 7pm ON

MONDAY, 17^th MARCH 2025, AT BOZEAT TLC, DYCHURCH LANE, BOZEAT.

PRESENT: – From Bozeat Parish Council – Brian Skittrall [Chairman]; David Brown; Dan Cooke; Margaret Docker; Sian Moulds, Michael Pollard; Alison Pritchard and Katy Steel.  Jon-Paul Carr [North Northants Councillor], Nicholas Brown and Andrew Morgan were also present.

1       Apologies.

It was resolved to accept apologies for absence received from Stephen Foward and Brian Gibbins.

2       Minutes.

It was noted that the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting for 2024 were approved and signed at the meeting of Bozeat Parish Council held in April 2024.

3       Matters Arising.

No matters arising were noted.

4       Town Well Trust.

It was noted that the Trust is now dormant and agreed to remove this item from the agenda.

5. Parish Council Achievements.

The Chairman read a list of items achieved by Bozeat Parish Council since the last Annual Parish Meeting.

There being no further business the meeting was declared closed.
