Fete Report for July Meeting                                                APPENDIX F

Arrangements are well in hand for the Annual Village Fete on Saturday August 27^th.

The Fete will be at the Playing Field commencing at 2.00pm, finishing about 5.00pm.

We will be trying to limit the car park to use for disabled people only although, subject to ground conditions, limited parking will be available on the field.

Help will be required to deliver flyers around the village from about 17^th August, a minimum of 9 volunteers are needed to deliver about 100 each. Please let Lyndis know if you can take one of the rounds.

On the day help will be needed particularly in the morning from about 9.30 to help set up.

a Collect and transport Gazebos, chairs to playing field

b Erect  Gazebos, set up Coconut shy,  set up seating with chairs and straw bales, Bar  etc

c Mark stalls and car parking areas,

Clear up after  5.00pm

During the afternoon help with Coconut Shy, BBQ, Raffle.
