We have requested a meeting to see how to achieve the environmental features that we have requested.

This is an application to demolish the existing dwelling and replace it with a larger dwelling.

 

Whilst this is much more carbon intensive than remodelling the existing building, we do not believe that this is yet a material planning concern.
