Committee Meetings now being held bi-monthly

MUGA

On-line bookings system still not working satisfactorily as the calendar does not display availability and BPFL not notified when bookings are made. Terry Lyall trying to resolve.

Report received from the installer regarding the accident and injured party advised but no response to date. All information with PC Insurer.

Installer due to replace a damaged fence panel and carry out Annual Maintenance work this month.

Outdoor Gym

Some damage has been incurred and repairs carried out under warranty.

Skateboard Ramp

Resurfacing work due to start within one week. Delayed start due to material supplies problem.

Football

Season now over and maintenance work to pitches being undertaken.

Playground

Inspection has now been undertaken and unexpectedly this included the outdoor gym, skateboard ramp, and other areas of the playing field. All items noted in the report will be actioned. We still await a date for the Inspection Training that was booked.

Charity shop.

Continues to contribute up to £300.00 per month.

An application for a charitable donation from the suppliers to the Village Shop is being made.
