ALLOTMENTS REPORT – SEPTEMBER 2022                                    APPENDIX B

REPORT FROM THE ALLOTMENTS REPRESENTATIVE

The Allotments Manager and myself conducted a final allotments inspection for this season on 17^th September 2022.

We still have issues with completely neglected plots, where there has been no sign of any activity this year.  Plots are 8b, 14b, 18b, 22b.  These tenants need letters and the Manager said she would discuss these with the Clerk, as, I believe, one of the tenants concerned is unwell.

There is one person on the current waiting list for a plot, who is very keen to start, so perhaps there will be a vacant plot very soon.

Lastly, we have had a request for a “hedgehog hole” or two to be made at the bottom of the fence alongside the right-hand side of the allotments, which is close-boarded.  Hedgehogs cannot climb fences to gain access.
