The Examination process has started. I attended the first Issue Specific Hearing and when challenged, the developer admitted that they did not need the construction route through Bozeat after saying that it was necessary in the DCO documentation. A parish Written Representation has been submitted that highlighted the Parish specific issues and supporting the more comprehensive CPRE Northamptonshire Representation that I also prepared.
