It looks as though Green Hill made an error in their PEIR and omitted to include the highways land that is needed to construct the site accesses. As a result they have started a “Targeted Consultation” running until 10th April to consult on the additional highways land required. Unfortunately this includes the Easton Lane site access so they have not removed the construction route through the village.
They also failed to ensure that a hard-copy of the PEIR documentation was available at Moulton Library and so are making this available until 10th April along with feedback forms.
This means that the schedule has been delayed and the DCO is expected to issued in Q3 instead of Q2.
