We have registered to comment and are working our way through the DCO.
Sarah Bool MP hosted a meeting where she invited all the Parish Council chairs and NNC Councillors in her constituency where it was agreed that a folder of the concerns of all the Parish Councils would be collected together and submitted to either the Prime Minister and/or the Secretary of State for DENZ.
The Parish Council was not sent a notification of this application but after it was noticed in the monthly application search, we responded anyway with an objection. Unfortunately, it was granted before our response was sent.
However, it was granted at least partly on the basis of a false claim that the barn was within the settlement boundary which it is not (plan extract below).
