A MEETING OF BOZEAT PARISH COUNCIL WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, 26th SEPTEMBER 2022, FOLLOWING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AT 7pm.  THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD AT TLC, DYCHURCH LANE, BOZEAT.  PLEASE NOTE THAT MEETINGS MAY BE RECORDED

  1. To consider accepting apologies for absence.
  2. To record any new declarations of interest from members in items to be discussed.
  3. Death of HM Queen Elizabeth II and accession of King Charles III.
  4. To approve the minutes from the meeting of Bozeat Parish Council held on 15th August 2022.
  5. Matters arising from the previous meeting/s: –
  6. Circulating documents – to note the progress of any packs that are circulating.
  7. Website migration – update on progress.
  8. Emergency Plan review – update on progress.
  9. Laptop/software – update on the purchase of new equipment.
  10. Training – to agree any training courses requested by members of the council.
  11. Community assets – update on the application for the Red Lion to be included on the list.

  23. Allotments – to receive an update on maintenance works [replacement noticeboards; fence repairs; hedge planting]

  53. External Audit – to consider whether or not to opt-out of the SAAA appointed external audit arrangements.

    2. 11th/13th November 2022 – Remembrance Day/Remembrance Sunday.
    3. 3rd December 2022 – Christmas Tree Lighting event – to consider a bigger event.
    4. To consider organising a “Thank You” event for village volunteers.
    5. To consider organising a Meet The Village event.

  5. Date and time of next meeting – to note that the next meeting of Bozeat Parish Council is scheduled to take place on Monday, 17th October 2022 at TLC, Dychurch Lane, Bozeat following Public Participation at 7pm.
